How does the credit system work?
We use an on-demand credit model. Buy 500 credits for $4.99 once, then spend 10 credits to unlock a follower or following list and 5 credits for each additional page. Credits do not expire.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. This is not a subscription, and there is no auto-renewal. We only charge you again if you choose to buy another credit bundle.
What happens if a query fails?
If the query fails due to target profile restrictions (e.g., target profile becomes private) or server timeout, our system automatically refunds the exact amount of credits back to your balance immediately.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are securely handled by Dodo Payments, a fully certified merchant of record (MoR). We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers.
