Can I download both images and videos from a single carousel post?
Yes. Our parsing engine automatically checks the media type of each slide. It extracts photos as JPGs and videos as MP4s, showing them all on the results card for you to save.
Why can I only see the first image of a multi slide post?
This happens if the request times out before loading the full slide data. Try refreshing the page and submitting the link again. If the account is private, access to the full carousel list will be blocked.
Are the downloaded photos in high definition?
Yes. We fetch the maximum resolution available from the official servers. Photos are usually saved as 1080px wide JPG files, which is the standard size supported by the platform.
Is there a way to download all slide files in a single click?
Free users can download each image and video card one by one. If you want to bundle all media files from a post into a single ZIP archive, you can upgrade to our Premium plan.
Do downloaded carousel videos take up a lot of space?
Yes. Since we download the original files without extra compression, large video slides will use more storage. Check your device storage before downloading large posts.
