IGViewer is a web-based tool that allows users to search for and view publicly available Instagram content. IGViewer only works with publicly available content. The service does not bypass private accounts, hidden content, access controls, or Instagram privacy settings.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The Service is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use, such as personal reference and lawful informational purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

All content viewed through IGViewer remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. If you use our Premium Viewer features to download original HD content, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of that content complies with copyright laws.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features of IGViewer require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and generally apply only to technical failures on our end.

7. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

IGViewer interacts with third-party platforms to fetch publicly available data. Our service availability depends on the continued operation and accessibility of these platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party data.

8. Not Affiliated with Instagram

IGViewer is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IGViewer and its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
